GD K4750 is a new type of γ 'phase strengthened nickel based high-temperature alloy with a working temperature of 750 ℃. It has excellent high-temperature strength and high-temperature corrosion resistance, and is suitable for aviation, shipbuilding, and energy fields.
The GD K4750 alloy powder developed by Liaoning Guanda New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. can be manufactured or remanufactured through additive manufacturing (AM)methods such as powder bed Fusion(PBF), directed energy deposition(DED), and laser cladding(LC).
Advantages of GD K4750 powder: The working temperature of GD K4750 is 750 ℃, higher than Inconel 718 and lower than 738LC. The elongation of GD K4750 is lower than Inconel 718 and higher than 738LC. The GD K4750 alloy powder produced by Liaoning Guanda New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has high sphericity, good flowability, minimal impurities, and low oxygen content. The GD K4750 alloy manufactured by laser powder bed melting (LPBF) can effectively suppress cracks and has characteristics such as high density, excellent high-temperature mechanical properties, and high-temperature corrosion resistance.

GD K4750 powder particle size
15-45μm、45-105μm、53-150μm

Recommended heat treatment process: 1120 ℃× 4h, air-cooled+800 ℃× 20h, air-cooled.
