Thermo Scientific inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer
DETAIL
Model: Thermo Scientific inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer
Main uses: Can be used for Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Co, Mg, Ti, Zn, Pb, Sn, Mn and other metals and their alloys sample analysis.
Principle: the use of argon plasma generated by the high temperature using the sample to completely decompose to form atoms and ions in the excited state, due to the instability of the atoms and ions in the excited state, the outer electrons will transition from the excited state to the low energy level, so the characteristic spectral lines are emitted. After passing through the grating equal split, the intensity of a specific wavelength is detected using a detector, and the intensity of the light is proportional to the concentration of the element to be measured.
Detection range: 130-800nm
